Returns & Exchanges
Within 7 days
Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. After that, we can't accept a return or exchange.
Unboxing video required
You must have a clear, uncut unboxing video of the package. Without it, we cannot process any return or exchange.

We want you to be happy with every exhibit you take home. If something isn't right, we're glad to help with a return or exchange — as long as these two conditions are met:
- 7-day window: your return or exchange request must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this window cannot be accepted, no exceptions.
- Unboxing video: you must record a continuous, unedited video of opening the package for the very first time, clearly showing the outer packaging, the shipping label, and the condition of the item inside. If you don't have this video, we are unable to process a return or exchange under any circumstances.
To start a return or exchange, contact us with your order number, phone number, and the unboxing video, and we'll guide you through the next steps.
Both conditions are strict requirements. A request missing either the 7-day window or the unboxing video will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

- আনবক্সিং ভিডিও: প্যাকেজ প্রথমবার খোলার সম্পূর্ণ, না-কাটা ভিডিও থাকতে হবে, যেখানে বাইরের প্যাকেজিং, শিপিং লেবেল এবং ভেতরের পণ্যের অবস্থা স্পষ্টভাবে দেখা যায়। এই ভিডিও না থাকলে কোনো অবস্থাতেই রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ প্রক্রিয়া করা সম্ভব নয়।
রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ শুরু করতে, আপনার অর্ডার নম্বর, ফোন নম্বর এবং আনবক্সিং ভিডিওসহ আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন — আমরা পরবর্তী ধাপে সাহায্য করব।
দুইটি শর্তই বাধ্যতামূলক। ৭ দিনের সময়সীমা অথবা আনবক্সিং ভিডিও — এর যেকোনো একটি না থাকলে রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জের জন্য বিবেচিত হবে না।
